Terms of service and of sale

Last updated: 9 September 2026. They replace the previous version, which said nothing about the paid subscription.

These terms govern the use of Stream My Music: the streammymusic.net website, the personal space and the mobile app of the same name. By creating an account, you accept them. If something here does not suit you, write to us.

1. Who runs the service

Stream My Music is published by Fabrice Frattini, 10 rue du Castel, 94000 Créteil, France, registered with the Créteil trade register under SIRET number 94926213300018. Contact: contact@streammymusic.net. Hosting: O2Switch, chemin des Pardiaux, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France.

2. What the service does

Stream My Music gives you:

Web radios, royalty-free music and playing the music already on your phone work without an account. Online storage does need one.

Stream My Music sells no music and distributes none: you pay for space and for a playback service, not for a catalogue.

3. Your account

The service is for adults. You undertake to give a valid email address, to keep your password to yourself, and to tell us if you suspect your account has been used without you.

You may delete your account at any time, from the app or from the Delete my account page on the website. Deletion erases your files, your playlists, your shares and your listening statistics, and cancels the current subscription. It is final: we keep no copy that would allow it to be undone. Only invoices already issued are kept, as the law requires.

4. What you upload

Your files remain your property. We acquire no right over them. We do not listen to them, do not analyse them, do not offer them to anyone, and use them for nothing other than giving them back to you.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over what you upload, or that you have obtained permission. A personal space is not in itself permission to upload recordings you hold no rights over.

You undertake not to:

Downloadable links. A share link allows listening. You may additionally allow the person who receives it to save the file; the app and the website ask you to confirm this explicitly, and the date of your confirmation is kept. By granting it, you state that you hold the rights to that file or are allowed to pass it on, and you take responsibility for it. That responsibility rests neither on Stream My Music nor on its publisher.

5. Reporting unlawful content

We host files uploaded by others and have no prior knowledge of them. If you believe that content reachable through a share link infringes your rights, write to contact@streammymusic.net stating: the link concerned, the nature of the infringement, your contact details, and the basis of your rights. We remove without delay any manifestly unlawful content reported to us in sufficiently precise terms.

6. Plans and payment

The free plan gives 50 MB, with no time limit. The paid plans are added to it, as a monthly subscription:

The prices that apply are those shown on the home page and in your personal space at the time you subscribe. They are billed in euros or in US dollars: the currency offered follows the time zone your device declares, and you can change it. It is not determined by your country.

Payments are collected by Stripe. We neither see nor store your card number. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically each month, until you end it.

Cancellation. You cancel whenever you like, from your personal space, with no reason and no fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for: you keep your space until then. A month that has started is not refunded pro rata, apart from the right of withdrawal below.

If you move down to a smaller plan and your files exceed the new space, they stay where they are. You cannot upload more until you are back under the limit.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days from subscribing to change your mind, without having to give a reason. Write to contact@streammymusic.net: we refund the amount paid within fourteen days of your request, using the payment method you used.

This period applies even if the service has already been used, although the law would allow us to refuse it for digital content supplied immediately.

8. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available, but we promise neither permanent availability nor freedom from error. Interruptions may happen for maintenance, for a failure at our host, or for a cause beyond us.

Keep a copy of your files elsewhere. Stream My Music is not a backup service. We take reasonable steps to keep your files, without guaranteeing against all loss.

Our liability may be engaged only for direct damage attributable to us, and up to the amounts you have paid over the last twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits our liability in the event of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or where the law forbids it.

We may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms — in particular a manifestly unlawful use. Except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise, we warn you first and let you retrieve your files.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Where the change really concerns you — the price, the storage, what we do with your data — you are told by email at least thirty days before it applies. You may then cancel free of charge before that date. Corrections of form and clarifications with no effect on your rights are published without notice.

10. Personal data

What we process, why, who it is passed to and how long we keep it is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

If something goes wrong, write to us first: contact@streammymusic.net.

If our answer does not satisfy you, as a consumer you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to an amicable settlement, under article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code.

Failing agreement, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings either where you lived when the contract was made, or where the harmful event occurred, or where the publisher is domiciled — the choice is yours.

If you are resident outside France, mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence continue to apply to you.
